Since the passenger side turn signal and brake light wire of your 2018 Chevrolet Silverado 1500's trailer connector is not having power, then I recommend checking that fuse 17 in your engine bay fuse box is installed and is not blown. This is the fuse that powers your passenger side trailer brake light and turn signal.
You can use a circuit tester like # PTW2993 to test each side of the fuse to see if power is making it through the fuse.
I included a link to a helpful article on trailer wiring for you to take a look at as well.

I have a 2018 Silverado 1500. Since a new rear bumper was installed they said they had to wire an extension to my trailering harness so it would reach the point on the bumper where it attaches. Since then, I have no reverse light on the drivers side, and the trailer running lights don’t work, but they used to before the bumper was installed. Is there a fuse or relay I need to replace? I’ve already changed the bulb on the trucks reverse light but still no power to it.
