If you want to carry two kayaks your options would be carrying them on the roof of your vehicle or carrying them on a trailer. I cannot recommend a roof rack without knowing the year, make, and model of your vehicle. If your vehicle is rated to tow a trailer, the Malone MicroSport Trailer with J-Style Carriers for 2 Kayaks - 800 lbs, part # MPG461G2, is a viable option. This kayak trailer comes with everything you need to carry two kayaks.

The Viking Solutions Stack Rack 2-Level Cargo Carrier for 2" Hitches - Steel - 300 lbs, part # 310-VSR201, is not designed to carry kayaks. You will not be able to attach any type of kayak carrier to the arms of the Stack Rack. The arms can only support 150 lbs. Could you rig something carry one kayak? It is possible, but not recommended.
