Recommended Bug Screen Option For Heng's Vortex Fan Upgrade
Updated 07/25/2021 | Published 07/22/2021 >
Question:
I have a trailer with a Ventline model 2094 vent. The screen s here do not look anything like what I have. I’m going to attach photos. The motor I have is about 3.5” in diameter. The fan blade is about 9” in diameter. It worked great but I cannot find another one to replace it. It also fit nicely in the 2094. If it’s not available what parts do I need? Thanks

What you have is a Heng's Vortex Add On Fan. This fan was put in to replace the smaller Ventline fan that originally came on your camper.
I recommend installing a MaxxAir Standard RV and Trailer Roof Vent Cover # MA00-933066 over your vent lid. This cover has a bug screen in the louvered vents that will keep insects out of your camper. It will also allow you to leave the vent lid open in the rain and when traveling with your camper. The will reduce the build up of stale humid air that gets into the camper.
Currently I do not see that Heng's makes a replacement screen for your fan.
