Question:
I have a 2003 ram 1500 and have been having issues with my trailer lights. I have determined that the issue is not the trailer it self as i can hook it up to any other vehicle and the lights work fine. I have checked all the fuses i can think of, 33,46,47 i believe and they are all good. How ever when i check the the pins i only have power to the brakes and no signals.

This is a common problem on the early 2000's Dodge Ram's. It's usually an issue with the TIPM and the best option would be to simply bypass this with the Upgraded Circuit Protected Tail Light Converter Hardwire Kit part # 119178KIT. If you need a 7-way then you can add the 4 to 7-Way with 4-Way part # ETBC7.
The TIPM can only be repaired by the dealer and it will be much more expensive than the option above.
