Question:
I want to get roof rack for my 2020 Subaru Outback Touring to put a roof top tent on. The tent weights 133lbs and the factory bars are not strong enough. Can you recommend something that will fit? It looks like a Thule Evo plus foot pads would attach to the factory racks.

The highest capacity roof rack option we offer for a 2020 Subaru Outback Wagon which will replace the factory crossbars is the Yakima JetStream Crossbar System part # Y00425, part # Y53TR, and part # Y46VR which will provide a 165 lb capacity. I'd also like to point out that most tents have a built-in support device (ladder) so the roof rack only needs to be rated for a certain amount, usually 165 lbs.
The Thule system only provides a 130 lb weight capacity.
