I recommend going with Thule TracRac CapRac Ladder Rack for Camper Shell/Truck Cap # TH29200XT. This will bolt on to the top of your camper shell. This will allow many accessories to be mounted by use of clamping on or by use of the built-in t slot channel on the bars.

You can then use a paddle board carrier such as Thule SUP Taxi XT Stand-Up Paddleboard Carrier - Roof Mount - 2 Boards # TH810001. This will hold up to 2 paddle boards and will simply clamp on to the Thule bars. Or for a more budget-friendly option you could mount Thule SUP and Surfboard Pads for Square Crossbars - 30" Long - Qty 2 # TH844000 on your Thule bars. For the pad option you will want to use a ratchet strap such as Thule Load Strap Cinch Straps w/ Padded Cam Buckles # TH521.
