Recommendations for Horsepower and Torque Increase On 2003 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 6.0

I would like to know what i should get for a 2003 chevy 1500hd with the 6.0. Im looking for torque increase speed increase and fuel mileage increase.

We do have a product that will help increase the torque and horsepower of your 2003 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 6.0, but the Edge Insight CTS # EP84130 is not equipped to do that as it is not a performance-enhancing device. It provides the driver with various vehicle data only.
