Installing a Rightline Gear Cargo Bag on a 2014 Toyota Prius IV
Published 11/05/2020 >
Question:
Im wondering about the strap ends and how they attach to the window frames.....Do we lift the rubber seal from the frames,,, and attach the bag buckles between the metal part of the window frame,, and the rubber seal?..... or do we just attach the strap ends over the rubber seal? Thanks , Russ

To install the Rightline Gear Sport 3 # RL100S30 you will attach the strap over the rubber door seals and clip on the back lip of the rubber seal. Closing your door will keep the strap end in place. I included a video which at 6:40 does a great job of showing how to properly install the straps for you to take a look at.
Another option to look at is the Rightline Gear Sport 2 # RL100S20 which is slightly smaller, but we have fit on a Toyota Prius. I included a few pictures of the Rightline Gear Sport 2 # RL100S20 installed on a Toyota Prius for you to take a look at.
