Question:
Hi The fan is 12v my trailer only has 110v wiring. Wondering if/which converter I would use to power the fan from a standard 110v power outlet? Thanks!

You'd need to use a converter like the part # 34266168 to convert the 110 AC power of your trailer to a 12 volt source that could power your roof vent.
