I have a 2017 toyota corolla and I have a curt hitch thats a 1 1/4 . Would I be able to use the HR8500 for 4 bikes

There are options for carrying 4 bikes in your 1-1/4 inch Class I Hitch # C11265 but the Hollywood Racks Traveler 4 # C11265 is not compatible with class 1 hitches. A fantastic alternative is the Thule Hitching Post Pro # TH934XTR. It is a great rack but you cannot carry more than 2 bikes with your current class 1 hitch. It has a tilt away feature so you don't have to worry about not being able to access your trunk. You will be pleased with this rack, but just like any hanging style bike rack, you may need a bike adapter bar # TH982XT for some women's and children's bikes. Once you get a class II hitch, you can then carry all 4 bikes no problem.
