Question:
I have a 2020 Kodiak Ultra-lite travel trailer Model 283BH. I am measuring the screen door to order a screen defender but I am confused on what size to order. The inside screen area is 24.5 inches but the outside width is 27in. I feel like if I get the 24 in it is going to be too short and the 26in is going to be too long. Can you please give guidance?? Thanks

If the inside of your screen is 24.5 inches then the 24 inch screen defender # LC25FR is too small and the 26 inch # LC52FR is too big. The widths are only those even numbers but there is adjustment integrated into the design with extrusions for the vertical differences.
My recommendation for your screen door width is the Camco RV Adjustable Screen Door Deluxe Grille - Black # CAM43993 ( # CAM43991 in aluminum) or the Camco RV Adjustable Screen Door Push Bar - Aluminum # CAM43971. Both options adjusts from 20 inches to 32 inches to prevent pushing through the screen.
