Best Looking Trailer Hitch for a 2018 Acura MDX

Hi, I have a 2018 Acura MDX and I am looking for a hitch. Which is the one the less stick out ? I am looking something like the OEM one.

The etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver part # e98840 is the best looking, most OEM like trailer hitch available for a 2018 Acura MDX. The etrailer hitch has a hidden design which means the cross tube is hidden and all you'll see is the required receiver tube opening. Furthermore, the receiver tube is tucked up nicely under the rear bumper so it doesn't hang down and reduce ground clearance. This is the least visible option for this vehicle. The finish on the etraler hitch is also matte which allows it to blend in with the vehicle better. It offers a bolt-on install.
