Two options is the photo attached for the fork mounted but needs to be wireless because of the mast moving up triple mast 185” so they can see going into the pallet and the rear can be wired a regular camera or the one below is a cool idea.

For your forklift application, I recommend the Rear View Safety Backup Camera System - 2 Camera Setup # RVS-770614. This will give you the two cameras that are adjustable and include a sun shade and the monitor so you can get a better view. The cameras are hardwired and give you night vision for dark areas. The monitor also gives you the option of grid lines to assist.
I've attached some videos to assist. The price is shown on the product page. The time to install will be dependent on the mechanical ability of the installer.
