Question:
Can you tell me what is the Best Way To Increase Horsepower And Torque In A 2018 GMC Sierra 5.3L V8

The best overall setup for increasing the horsepower and torque on your 2018 GMC Sierra 1500 is with a combination of components consisting of a performance tuner and exhaust system.
Starting with the tuner for your Sierra 1500 I highly recommend the Edge Gas Evolution CS2 # EP85350, which features a full color 2.4" screen for easy parameter viewing, pre-loaded performance tests to provide you with road stats/times, and is made here in the USA. Om your Sierra with the 5.3L engine Edge states it can provide increases of up to 18 HP and 27 foot pounds of torque.
Then for a performance exhaust system the MagnaFlow # MF15268 if you have the Crew Cab or Double Cab or part # MF15278 if you have the Regular Cab will work perfectly. This is going to do a great job of efficiently increasing horsepower and torque on the truck.
