I recommend the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 75126 for the 2005 Toyota Sequoia. The Draw-Tite hitch tends to have better powder coat that lasts longer compared to the other options. This is also a concealed cross tube design so the only portion of the hitch that is visible once installed is the receiver square. I have attached an installation video for your reference.
Since your vehicle does not have the towing package, I recommend the 4-Pole Trailer Connector and Installation Kit part # C59496 which is a splice in kit that includes the modulite to protect your electrical system.
If you plan on doing some towing you may consider the etrailer ball mount kit # 989900. It comes with 2 ball mounts; one with a 3/4 inch rise or 2 inch drop and one with a 2-3/4 inch rise or 4 inch drop. It also includes a 1-7/8 inch ball, 2 inch ball, hitch pin with clip, and a storage bag. If you are not sure how much rise/drop you may need in a ball mount to tow your trailer level, I recommend to take a look at the helpful article I have attached about how to figure the amount of rise or drop you may need.
