The Advent Air Replacement RV Air Conditioner part # ACDOM135 will require 3,000 watts for start-up or surge power. If you are looking for a generator to run the air conditioner, the Champion 4,500-Watt Dual Fuel Portable Inverter Generator # CH44FR would be a great option for this and even leaves you with extra power for other accessories.
Please note, the included start capacitor is what brings the starting watts down so low whereas other air conditioners this size usually require around 5,000 watts for start-up.
