The K-Source Universal Towing Mirror # KS3891 is designed to fit almost any OEM mirror that has a gap between the glass and housing as on the mirror in the photo I linked for you. This gap is where the mirror grips the OEM housing. I looked at photos of your 2004 Mountaineer and your stock mirrors will work well with it.
The K-Source mirror installs quickly without tools and the adjustable mirror face lets you get the best view of the trailer and road behind you. This is a single mirror so if you prefer a set of 2 order item # KS3891-2.
