I do not have any information regarding the exact wire colors, but I can certainly tell you how to easily determine which circuit controls which function.
Use a circuit tester, like part # PTW2993, or if you are using the Curt Circuit Protected Taillight Converter, part # C59236 which is the recommended wiring harness for your Lexus, probe each wire behind the taillight assemblies to determine function. Have a helper activate the left turn signal, then use the tester to probe the wires behind the left taillight assembly. Once you find the wire that makes the tester blink, you have found the circuit that feeds the left turn signal. Do the same to find the running light, brake light and right turn signal.
On the wiring harness I recommended, the yellow wire connects to the circuit feeding the left turn signal, the green wire taps into the right turn circuit, the brown wire into the tail/ running lamp circuit, the red wire to the brake light circuit and the white wire would ground to the vehicle.
A powered converter like the # C59236 would also have a fused connection to the battery, routed from the rear of the vehicle up to the engine compartment. I will link you to an FAQ article that illustrates how this is done.
I have also provided links to the install instructions for the # C59236, as well as an install video that will walk you through the process of how to circuit test the wiring in your vehicle to install a taillight converter.
