What is the thickness of the flat part and what is the distance between the opposite flanges?

The Replacement Connecting Clevis for Demco Commander Tow Bar # DM13582-81 shank is 1-1/2 inches by 5/8 inch. The flanges are 1-3/16 inches apart. I've attached a photo with these dimensions to assist.
