How hard wIll it be to install edge tuner 85200 on a 2006 dodge ram 2500 diesel ?

The 85200 that you have is an older version of the # EP36YR that you referenced. Install is very simple though. Basically, you plug the programmer into the OBD II connector and then let the programmer guide you through its install process and you're set. I attached an install video on a diesel truck for you to check out. The truck is a Ford but the process is the same compared to your Dodge.
