The Rampage Clinometer with Compass - Analog # RA791006 will help you detect if you are on level ground or not with your RV, so it will absolutely be a help. It will only detect how level the ground is under your tires and suspension, so there may still be additional leveling needed at your landing gear.
One of the best options for that is the Hopkins Electronic LED Smart Level for RVs and Trailers # HM08201 which can give you both the parallel and perpendicular leveling of your RV from the mounting location on the side of your RV. I've attached a video to assist.
