I do have some roof rack options for your 2019 Audi Q7 with factory flush side rails that run front to back. The Thule AeroBlade Edge system # TH7603-TH7604 with fit kit # THKIT3145 is going to be the option that looks the most like a factory roof rack. The bars are integrated into the feet and the feet connect to factory mounting points on the vehicle. It is also available with black bars using # TH7603B-TH7604B and the same fit kit.

Another outstanding option is the SeaSucker Monkey Bar system # 298-SX6000B. This system uses 6 vacuum cup mounting feet which are incredibly strong. You can see how well they perform in the video I have linked. The great thing about this system is that it can fit on other vehicles should you need to move it from one vehicle to another.
