Will Adhesive of Kat's Heaters Oil or Transmission Pan Heating Pad # KH24500 Last
Updated 09/06/2018 | Published 09/05/2018 >
Question:
I see that the Kats Heaters Oil or Transmission Pan Heating Pad - 5-1/2inch x 8-1/2inch - 120V - 500 Watts attaches to the oil pan via 3M tape but I dont see any comments or assurances about how durable the tape is. Winter is sometime nine months long here in NW Montana, my driveway is a half mile long and Ill use a 1990 six-cylinder TLC to plow. I dont want to have to hunt for the heating pod in the snow drifts when it is torn off by bucking through the snow

If you clean the surface where you plan to mount the Kat's Heaters Oil or Transmission Pan Heating Pad # KH24500 it's going to stick and not come off. We've yet to have someone come back and report that one has came off.
