Question:
Is the dehrale hyper cool transmission kit #15960 meant for vertical or horizontal installation? and what is the btu rating of the cooler?

The Derale Hyper-Cool Remote Transmission Cooler Kit w/ Fan, -8 AN Inlets - Class V # D15960 is designed to be mounted with the hot line routed to the bottom inlet of the cooler and the cool line routed from the top outlet of the cooler. I've attached the installation details to assist. You can have the fittings on either side of the cooler as long as you keep the hot line on the bottom and the cooled return line on the top.
I checked with Derale and this unit is rated for 46,000 BTU's per hour.
