Recommended Roof Rack for Jeep Wrangler 2 Door with Freedom Panels and Rear Hard Top

I have a 2016 Jeep 2 door Wrangler Black Bear Edition. It doesnt have rain gutters on the rear hard top but does on the front freedom panels. What rack systems would work with the hard top in place for carrying 2 Kayaks?

Based on your application with the freedom panels and the hard top, I recommend using the SeaSucker Monkey Bars Roof Rack - Vacuum Cup Mount - 48" Long # 298-SX6000B. The cups hold 210 lbs each but the rack is rated for a capacity of 150 lbs.
These will work well for carrying 2 kayaks when using the Rhino-Rack J-Style Kayak Carrier - Folding # S512 and Expansion Arm # RRS512X.
