What Does Keyed Alike Mean for Replacement Cam Lock Cylinder # 295-000004

Question:
What exactly does keyed alike mean? If I buy 6 keyed alike cam lock tumblers such as this model, how many other buyers have keys that will fit my 6 locks? Lots of conflicting info on the web. I read that there are only 30 or so different key codes for this brand of cam lock. If so, do you have any recommendation for keyed alike rv cam locks that are unique to my camper or is that just something that is not available without a visit to a locksmith?

Keyed alike means that if you order 6 of the Replacement Cam Lock Cylinder # 295-000004 the same key would open all of them.
