V-bar chains are the way to go for icy conditions as they do a great job breaking up the ice as the wheels turn. The Titan Chain part # TC2829CAM is a fit for your tire size of 255/55-18 and would be a great option.
You'd need to check the owners manual of your vehicle to determine if you have any tire chain restrictions. If you find that you have to use Class S compatible chains the part # TC2029 will fit and are also Class S compatible.
