Question:
Would you recommend any topical liquid, or spray that I should put on the tires to help keep them moisturized for winter and avoid more chance of rain, or heat rot? Thank you

For tire covers, it really doesn't make a difference in function whether you use a dual tire cover like the Adco Tyre Gard Dual Axle RV Wheel Cover - 27" to 29" - Polar White # 290-3923 or the Adco Ultra Tyre Gard RV Wheel Covers - 27" to 29" - Polar White # 290-3953.
The advantage of the dual cover is less covers and a sleek look. The advantage of the single tire covers is easier to install and fold for storage. I personally would go with the single covers because you won't have the debris inside the cover between the tires, but that is just personal preference.
