The Derale Transmission Cooler # D13612 will install after the radiator of your 2010 Ford F-150. You'll need to find the return line which will be the cooler of the transmission lines when the engine is warmed up.
If you have 5/8 inches-18 transmission line fittings you would use the Transmission Cooler Fitting, # D13025. If you have the 1/2 inches-20 transmission line fittings you would use Transmission Cooler Fitting, # D13024.
