Curt's X5 5th wheel adapters, parts # C16220, # 16310 and # C16210, all provide the equivalent of industry-standard 5th wheel base rails to allow installing a 5th wheel hitch in a truck that has a gooseneck hitch installed. These three adapters are designed for specific applications; for example part # 16310 installs into the square-shank hitch ball hole of a B&W Turnoverball gooseneck hitch. All versions are shown on the linked page.

If your Pull-Rite hitch has the ISR designation in its part number then it will fit into these adapters. The ISR designation indicates the hitch fits industry standard base rails.

One thing to consider is that the long slider travel of the SuperGlide hitch could place your trailer pin weight well behind your rear axle. I suggest you check with PullRite with your hitch and vehicle information to confirm this presents no safety issues.
