The Thule Outbound # TH868 bag is made of Thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) material which gives the cargo bag flexibility and strength without using potentially harmful PVC or pthalates. TPE is a hybrid material made from rubber and plastics that can flex and return to its original shape, increasing the cargo bag's strength and durability.
