Hi, will the Thule 92724 work for my original Acura MDX roof bar?

Most likely yes, but since I do not know the year of your Acura MDX all I can say is that rack will fit MDX factory crossbars from 2001-2016.
The rack you are looking at is an older version of the Thule Slide-Out Ski and Snowboard Carrier # TH7325. The older version used mounting hardware # TH753277902 instead of the newer SpeedLink mounting hardware assembly.
