Reese multi-fit trailer hitch 37042 will not fit the 2012 or 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan. The hitch was made obsolete 6 years ago in 2009 so they would not even be able to test the hitch since it has been out of production for so long.
I have included a link to the trailer hitches that will fit either a 2012 or 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan for you.
