I confirmed with Thule that the Thule Evo Raised Rail Feet # TH710401 you were looking at for your 2012 Nissan Pathfinder will fit the raised factory rails perfectly.

There are two crossbar options compatible with these feet, the 47" square bars # TH712200, or the 47" WingBar Evo Aero Bars in silver # TH711200, or black # TH711220.

I recommend going with either of the WingBar options as they have the top channel to allow you to use channel mounted accessories instead of just using certain clamp on accessories, but also due to their design being much more aerodynamic so they will be quite a bit quieter than the square bars when on the highway.

To keep the feet secured to the roof of your Pathfinder I do also recommend adding the Thule One-Key System Lock Cylinders # TH450400.
