The first thing I would check would be the tail light circuit of the Replacement OEM Tow Package Wiring Harness # 118263 that you just installed for voltage on the brown wire when the headlights are on. This will determine if the problem is in the truck or the trailer.
If there is not voltage on the brown wire I would recommend that you check the connection of the # 118263 to your 2011 Nissan Frontier. Try unplugging it and inspecting the connector and then plug it back in snugly to see if that fixes the problem. I attached an installation video for you to check out that shows how this product installs as well as installation instructions.
If there is voltage on the brown wire then the problem lies in the trailer. Most trailer wiring problems stem from bad grounds, so I would recommend that you check the grounds on your trailer for corrosion or loose wiring and fix as necessary.
I attached an FAQ article on trailer wiring that you might find informative also.
