Hassle-Free Installation
Installation of the SquareBars is quick and easy, and you don't have to do any drilling or vehicle modification. The bars have bottom channels that that accommodate your Thule feet. Etched scales adjacent to the bottom channels let you place the feet in the proper location using the vehicle-specific measurements provided in your fit kit manual. Simply slide each foot to the measurement indicated in the fit kit manual, and place the rack on your vehicle.
For applications that don't require specific measurements provided in a fit kit manual - such as a raised rail - you can center the rack after you place it on your vehicle using a tape measure.
To complete installation on your roof simply tighten a single screw inside each foot using the torque tool included with the foot pack. This single attachment point enables you to secure the crossbar to the foot and the foot to your roof simultaneously.

Secure, Clamp-On Installation
Installing the fit kit onto the Evo Flush feet is quick and easy. Just remove the lockable covers, slide the inner and outer clips (sold separately) over the mounting bolt, screw on the socket head nut, and insert the mounting pads onto the bottoms of the feet.
Slidable scales on the WingBar Evo crossbars and the etched measurements on the bottom of the SquareBars help you center them on your roof. Simply slide the slot track guides on the feet into the bottom channels or T-slots of your Thule crossbars using the vehicle-specific measurements provided in your fit kit manual.
Note: ProBars do not have slidable scales or etched measurements. You'll need to measure foot placement from the center of the crossbars using a tape measure or ruler.
Place the fully assembled rack on your flush rails and tighten the feet in place with the included torque tool. They are super sturdy, solidly mounted and look good on the vehicle. Mine will be mainly used for surfboards and SUP’s. The assembly and installation was a breeze. The included written instructions would have been sufficient for a seamless installation but I also watched one of many YouTube videos that demonstrated very clearly every step of assembly and installation for this specific set of racks. I do have an option for you but Thule did away with the old style square bars awhile ago and they stop supporting parts for them so we don't offer a way to allow you to reuse them unfortunately. That said, if you have a bunch of accessories that mount to these square bars you are not completely out of luck as Thule does still offer square bars, the Thule SquareBar Evo Crossbar System part # TH712200, part # TH460R, and part # THKIT3079 which will fit a 2014 Subaru Forester.

I've checked with all of our roof rack vendors, and unless your XC60 is an oddball, it should have a small accessory attachment rail running down either side of the roof, as shown in the diagram I've provided for you.
Thule offers a SquareBar and the WingBar EVo roof rack. Both use the same Thule foot pack, part # TH710601 and fit kit, part # TH186015.

The saddles themselves should have a clamping system that would fit Yakima round or OEM crossbars on your 2011 Subaru Forester, but the whole Thule Hydro-Glide system was designed around the Thule crossbars and from what I was able to research it doesn't look like there is any kind of adapter.
With that being said, your options are to either use a different kayak carrier or use the newer Thule SquareBar Crossbars # TH712200 with the Evo Raised Rail Feet # TH710401 on your vehicle.

The weight capacity of the # TH712200 crossbars themselves is 220 lbs. The weight capacity of the whole set up (the # TH460R feet and the # THKIT3050 ) with the capacity of the roof factored in is 150 lbs.
Any roof rack system will only be as strong as its weakest component, and in this case it appears that the capacity of the rack is de-rated by because of the lower capacity of the roof. This is pretty common to be honest. view full answer...
There is not an adapter to mount a Thule square bar to factory crossbars. You'll need to take off your crossbars to mount the square bars.

The older Thule 1054 foot packs will not work with the 2015 Subaru Forester, nor will they work with the new square bars.
The only thing we can do is get you the full system that is compatible with your Forester.

I have 2 different solutions for you and it all depends on if you have the newer Thule SquareBar crossbars that have the about 10" slot on the underside of either end of the crossbar, or if you have the older style Thule Square Bar that is solid all the way around. I do have an option for you but I do not recommend placing two kayaks and a cargo carrier on the roof of your 2017 Ford Expedition EL. The kayaks and cargo box you have are both very wide and there is only so much real estate on the roof of your vehicle. In addition to space, you will also need to take weight into consideration. If your 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport has the flush side rails that run front to back in addition to the panoramic roof then the Thule parts you mentioned are correct. Thule calls for 47 inch bars, # TH712200, Podium foot pack # TH460R, and fit kit # THKIT4029.

Since the Inno and Thule Square profile crossbars both measure 1-1/4 inches wide by 7/8 of an inch tall, the Thule square bars will work with Inno roof rack feet. I have just the roof rack for you! I recommend the Inno Aero roof rack consisting of # INXB123-2, # INXS450, and # INTR141. This will be more of a factory look for your vehicle.
