But before we do that, let's take a minute. We'll check this out and make sure it's going to work for you. Here's what the sway bar can look like installed on the front of your motor home and the whole point of a sway bar is to help control and minimize body roll and sway, which, you know, those are pretty bad on a big coach, right These are just big, huge boxes going down the road. But before we get into that, let's take a minute we'll check these out and make sure they're gonna be right for you. This is what the SumoSprings can look like installed on your coach and you know, we just have our wheels off so we can have a much better look at what's going on and really show you guys how these work. But more or less, it's an extremely simple component, but a very effective one. What these are gonna do is attach to your leaf spring pack, all right And then the top racket attaches to the frame and this kind of closes that gap and fills that void there. more

Blue Ox Avail Tow Bar Installation - 2015 Tiffin Allegro Motorhome- Video

Hello neighbors, it's Brad here at etrailer, and today we're taking a look at the Blue Ox Avail tow bar on a 2015 Tiffin Allegro. Now there's five main components required for flat towing your Equinox down the road, and we'll start on the vehicle side, and that's gonna start with the base plate. And that attaches to the frame of the vehicle and gives us the structural mounting point for the rest of our connections. And the connecting point between the base plate and the hitch on the RV is gonna be your tow bar and that's your second component. Again, this is the physical attachment. And basically like the coupler of your trailer, this is what is going to pull this down the road. more

Roadmaster Front Anti-Sway Bar Installation - 2015 Tiffin Allegro Motorhome- Video

Hey guys, Kevin here with etrailer, and today I'm gonna be showing you how to install the Roadmaster front anti-sway bar here on our 2015 Tiffin Allegro Open Road motor home. An anti-sway bar is a pretty much essential component of your motor home, especially when you have the Class A motor home like we do today. Basically what this does is this is gonna help with your steering, it's gonna keep you in line a little bit better, it's gonna also handle that sway as you're making tight turns or if you're up on the highway hitting the crosswinds when a semi comes by, or maybe it's just a honestly windy day and pushing you. And this is gonna help keep that body roll from happening. It's going to pull down on whatever side of your frame that's trying to lift up. So if I was making a left turn and my right starts to just pull up a little bit, I'm losing traction with my wheels, there's a good chance that you could actually tip over. more

Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar Installation - 2015 Tiffin Allegro Motorhome- Video

Hey guys, Kevin here with etrailer. And today will be showing you how to install the Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar here on our 2015 Tiffin Allegro Open Road Motor Home. So rear anti-sway bars are going to give you a much more comfortable ride. The way that they work is that whenever you're starting to make that turn, maybe you have some wind 'cause you're out driving on the highway, maybe you're passing a semi and that's starting to kind of push you one way. What this does is it kind of yanks back down on that frame 'cause as you're getting kind of pushed to that side, that side of your frame's kinda lifting up and then you're losing traction with your tires. So what this does is it pulls it back down keeps you nice and straight, that way you have more contact with the road, you can make those turns a whole lot easier and kind of deal with all those crosswinds. more

You can see that it is a split bushing design so that way our front suspension here can experience full travel unhindered by our spring, but still get all the dampening effects that we like from Sumos. The SumoSprings are designed to compress up to 80% to provide additional support for your suspension. Now it doesn't increase the amount of weight that you can carry, but it just helps to support it so it eases the rest of your suspension. It also acts like a dampening device to help absorb impacts on the road when you hit pothole and stuff like that rather than it transferring directly through your suspension into the chassis. more

You can see the upper portion is attached to the frame and the lower section here is attached to our axle on the leaf spring stack here. Hey guys, Kevin here with etrailer. And today I'm going be showing you how to install the ARC single beam LED light bulb with anti-flicker harness, here on our 2018 Tiffin Allegro motorhome. So if you have a motor home where your light bulbs just really aren't, really cutting it, or just are starting to get burned out, or just are completely burned out, this is gonna be the right kit for you. These LED bulbs are gonna use a whole lot less energy and produce a much brighter light. And when it comes to driving one of these big beefy motorhomes around, you really need to be able to see everything around you because you really can't tell just how much space you have between you and any other object out on the road. Hi there Tiffin owners. Today in your 2014 Tiffin Allegro motor home, we're gonna be taking a look at and showing you how to install Roadmaster's reflex steering stabilizer. Our customer's trying combat sway and also the fatigue he gets driving down the road, so to assist us in correcting all of his issues, we're also gonna be putting on Roadmaster's front and rear anti-sway bar. All those things together should make his driving much more pleasant in his motor home. Now, before we put on our suspension upgrades, we wanna take and get baseline of how our motor home rides before we put anything on it. So we're gonna compare our factory components here, and some of the things that I'm going to expect to see here with this one, is we're likely going to have quite a bit of sway with just our stock sway bars on there. more
