Today on this 2007 Hyundai Entourage, we're going to install part number 30717. This is the adapter four pole to seven pole vehicle and trailer connector from Tow Ready. Here's our four pole to seven pole adapter, we'll install it on our Hyundai. Our Hyundai already had a seven pole connector on there, but it got damaged pretty bad, so it's already been removed and we just got it down to the bare wires. These are wires from our brake controller and our ground and our reverse light. Here's our four pole wiring harness that was part of our original install. Today on our 2008 Hyundai Entourage, well be installing the Tow-Ready T1 connector part number 118410.First well need to access the rear cargo area. Then were going to remove the taillight assembly. Weve got three fasteners on each side to remove. As you remove your taillight assembly, be careful not to break the alignment tabs. Next well go ahead and press on the lock of the connector for the rear taillights. Disconnecting these connectors will allow us to plug our new Tow-Ready harness in line with the manufacturers. more
