Review of Camco RV and Camping CAM55306

today, we'll be reviewing part number CAM55306. This is the Camco RV Power Defender Voltage Monitor. The voltage monitor is going to protect your RV from excessive voltage and power surges. It's going to automatically disconnect when dangerous voltage levels are detected and then it will reconnect when the voltage levels stabilize between 102 volts and 132 volts. The female end of the unit is going to connect to your RV's 50 amp power plug and then the male end of the unit is going to plug into your 50 amp receptacle. It's going to feature the built in handles on each end that's going to make unplugging the cord very easy. It's also going to feature a water resistant design that's going to protect all of the electrical components. This has a multi-level surge protection. It's going to work together with a diagnostic center that's going to be able to visually alert you of any faults that you may have with the unit or with the electrical connections. It's also going to feature a reconnect delay and that's in place to protect sensitive equipment such as an air conditioner unit.

That's going to protect it by not rapidly cycling the power. We take a measurement of the overall length, measuring from end to end, it's going to give us an approximate measurement of about 26 inches. That's going to do it for our review of part number CAM55306. This is the Camco RV Power Defender Voltage Monitor. .
