Air Lift Vehicle Suspension Parts - Replacement Rear Air Spring - AL84264 Review

Ellen: Hey, everyone. I'm Ellen here at etrailer.com, and we're going to be taking a quick look at the replacement airbag for your Air Lift system. So, maybe something happened to your airbag. A lot of times, if you allow the axle to hang from the bags, it can cause issues with that bag. The top's coming disconnected from that, so it can damage the bag or make it pretty much useless. So, that's something to be aware of whenever you're getting your vehicle serviced anywhere is to make sure that you let them know that you have airbags installed so they don't let the axle just hang from that.

So, that's one issue that can happen. Maybe if you're taking your vehicle off-road and that axle really makes a big drop, same thing can kind of happen there.Whatever happened, you need a new airbag for your system to make everything work. If everything else is just fine, all the brackets are fine, everything else is in place, and you just need a replacement bag, this is the kit for you. This works with the Air Lift load lifter 5,000 ultimate air helper springs. That's going to be the hybrid style bag.

So, it's just going to be this airbag with the Bellows-type air spring or it is a Bellows-type air spring, and then has a urethane foam jounce inside. So, it's got that jounce bumper on the inside as kind of a backup for your system if you don't have much air in the bags.It does also come with the hardware, so we'll have our elbow fitting for our 1/4" air tube. The two conical style flathead bolts typically go on the bottom of your bag, and then the two hex head bolts that typically go on the top, two blocking washers or split washers, and then two flat washers. So, it should be everything you need to replace that bag. It is a direct replacement part from Air Lift, so you can rest assured that it should match with your system exactly, and it is made in the USA.That's really about all there is to it for our look at the replacement air spring.

I hope this has been helpful in deciding if this is the right part for you. We do have a lot of other replacement parts for your Air Lift's accessories here at etrailer.com, so if you need anything else, check us out. Thanks for watching.
