Can Elongated Clamps be Used On a Ladder Rack with a Tonneau Cover 2014 Ford F-150

Hi I have a bac-flip tonneau cover with a rail that mounts to the inside of my bed rail. Is there a way to get a clamp with a deep enough throat to clear the 1inch rail or is there a way to bolt the rack mounting plate to the bed rail? Id...
