Trailer Hitch Mount Bike Rack Recommendation for a 2008 Kia Rondo

I just purchased a hitch and bicycle rack for my 2008 Rondo Kia .. When I put a bike on the rack the tires almost touch the ground and if I go down a drive way they do.. Is there a rack extension so I can raise the rack up about 3 or four inches.....
