Expert Reply:
In order to keep a trailer from rolling on a slight incline, what you will need are wheel chocks. You will simply put them behind your trailer tires and that will prevent the trailer from rolling away from you.
You'll want to get wheel chocks that you put in the front and rear of your tires, so the easiest option is to use a pair of chocks that are chained together, and the larger your tires are the larger the chock should be:
- Rumber 8" Wheel Chocks w/ 3' Pull Chain # RM74FR
- Rumber 12" Wheel Chocks w/ 5' Pull Chain # RM57FR
- Rumber 16" Wheel Chocks w/ 3' Pull Chain # RM37FR
