If you removed a wheelchair lift and then your Atwood Air Command Rooftop RV Air Conditioner w/ Heat Pump - 15,000 Btu - Ducted - White Item # AT15028-22 stopped working I'd say it was either wired into the lift somehow or the wire running from it was somehow damaged during removal of the lift wiring. I would start by tracing the wiring from the unit to and looking for and bends, damage, or lose connections. You can also rerun the wiring from the unit to a dedicated 20amp circuit using # 12-1-1.
Running an 15,000 BTU RV AC unit solely off of a generator will require a at least 3500 watts of starting power. I recommend the A-iPower 3,800-Watt Portable Inverter Generators - 3,000 Running Watts - Gas - Manual Start
Item # 289-SUA2000i-2. These generators come with inverters so you'll be able to run sensitive electronics like your cell phone.
