We have quite a few options when it comes to tire chains for the 245/45R20 size of tire. I have included a link at the right to our fit guide. Just choose your tire width, height ratio, and wheel diameter to see all of the chains that are available.
I recommend taking a look at the Thule Self-Tensioning, Low-Profile Snow Tire Chains, # TH2004205117. Having installed these a time or two, I find these chains very easy to use, they provide excellent traction, and come with a handy storage case.
Please keep in mind that automakers get the final word on suitability of tire chains on their vehicles so I suggest you take a look at your vehicle's owner's manual for guidance or restrictions regarding the use of tire chains.
