The Original Custom Towing Mirror Slide-On Mirrors, # CTM3100B, have a manually adjustable mirror. That is, the mirror portion is adjustable within its housing. I have included a video of the product that shows installation and some manual manipulation of the mirror to give you a better idea of how it functions.
