Question:
Truck froze from water in the radiator and now there is water in the oil. Do you think the motor is hurt? Does it have a freeze out plug? The truck is a 2004 f 150 fx4.

The engine in your 2004 Ford F-150 FX4 is equipped with multiple frost plugs in the block. Virtually all engines have this feature.
The frost plugs will appear as a small round recess in the block, sort of like the underside of a bottle cap. These are intended to expand outward when the coolant in the block freezes. They are intended to take the force of the expanding ice rather than it inflicting damage to the engine.
Since you have found water in your engine oil it seems that the frost plugs have either failed or that they were inadequate for the pressure in the cooling system. Products like the Kat's Heaters Custom Fit Engine Block Heater # KH11415 are designed to warm the coolant.
You may have a blown head gasket. I suggest that you do not operate the engine until it has been repaired. More extensive (and expensive) damage could result from operating it with water in the oiling system.
