Question:
The hitch receiver you recommend in your web page for Nissan altima is adequate for the 2015 sedan altima structure? I will ask technicians in pep boys to install it. We will use it for a bike rack: how many bikes do you recommend to put in this particular hitch receiver code 60873

Trailer hitch # 60873 (no longer available) is a fit for the 2015 Nissan Altima sedan. But if you will not be doing any towing then I recommend # 24796. The reason is that 60873 comes with a ball mount, something that you will not need unless you plan on doing some towing.
Both trailer hitches are Class I hitches. This means that you can carry up to 2 bikes, but no more. And you have to use a Class I compatible bike rack. I recommend the Swagman Trailhead # S63360. This is Class I compatible, holds 2 bikes, and it has a rise in the shank for additional ground clearance.
