Unfortunately there is not an option available for your 2001 Ford Ranger that has the Grille Guard or Bull Bar as well as a winch so you will need to decide between them or make a compromise. My recommendation is to use a grille guard like # 40-0885 or a bull bar with skid plate like # AAB35-3009 to protect your front end.
If the winch mount is the priority you could go with a rear hitch like # 75082 if you don't already have one and then use a winch plate like part # C31010.
