Ii bought a semi finished car trailer and need help with the rear ramp. It is made out of steel very heavy, also looking for door handles with locks and an electrical solution for the lights and winch. Any info on parts suppliers would be appreciated. Thank you

If the shaft that your ramp door is on is 1-1/2 inches in diameter you would want the part # RS16933LH that you referenced for the left hand side and part # RS16933RH for the right hand side.
Or you could use the Enclosed Trailer Ramp Spring # CB250D96SHD as this is another very popular option. I attached a review video for you to check out.

For the wiring solution you need I would recommend you use a 7-way on your trailer like part # H20046 and then run 10 gauge wire like part # 10-1-1 sold by the foot from the 12 volt accessory circuit to power everything you need. To make the wiring easier you might also be interested in the junction box part # 38656.
To power the winch you will want to use a car battery since the 12 volt circuit does not have the amperage for that.
